Tickets for July 16 at the Arena remain valid for the new lineup. Refund requests must be submitted by April 30, 2024.
Change in line up for the 5pm show on July 15, 2024, at the Teatro Morlacchi: Danilo Rea will perform in piano solo (replacing Lizz Wright).
Tickets for Danilo Rea’s concert at Teatro Morlacchi (July 15 at 5pm) will be available from March 27, 2024 – 3pm.

You cannot attend the concerts at the Restaurant Stage (Arena Santa Giuliana) without a ticket for the main stage concerts. Tickets for the only Restaurant Stage (Arena Santa Giuliana) are unavailable. To attend the shows at the Restaurant Stage, you need to hold the tickets for the main stage concerts.
The ticket grants access only to the event indicated on it. Access to the event venues is governed by the terms and conditions established by the organizer, which the partecipant must be aware of, including the possibility of being asked to show a valid ID of the partecipant in the case of a nominative, non-trasferable ticket.

Children up to 9 years of age enter for free if they don’t occupy a seat (purchasing a ticket is necessary to occupy a seat).

Other venues
Doors open one hour before the concert starts. If the show starts at 9 pm, the doors open at 8 pm.
For safety reasons, you cannot bring food into the concert area. However, you can find a wide range of local products suitable for any dietary requirements in our food & drink area.
Video filming of concerts is strictly forbidden except in the cases specifically authorized by the Umbria Jazz Press Office. Press accreditations do not give implicit authorization for the acquisition of video and audio material and the publication of the said. Partecipant may be subject to audio and video recordings taking place during the event but any unauthorized use of audio and video recording equipment is prohibited.
Pets cannot access the Umbria Jazz concert area, except SOLELY for assistance animals.
You can request a refund only as expressly permitted by Umbria Jazz.
